Stayed here for business. Nice, clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ate there at night and food was fine.
Rooms were let down by paper thin walls with poor sound proofing which I always think is maddening design fault for a hotel!

Hotel was ok and no more. We apparently slept in "Residence de Noce" which is in the next street and not in the hotel itself. Make sure you know where you book. this review is about that "villa" we slept in.
Room was big. bigger than many hotels I've been, and very well equipped. it had minibar and A/C of course and a nice big clean shower as well.
With that said, I must mentioned it had NO WINDOWS. you have to put your key inside an electric device in the room in order to have electricity and A/C, so coming to the room, expect a hot room! A/C was ok, not the best (well, big room and standard A/C, probably).
It did not include breakfast so I don't know about that.
Staff was ok.
Another thing - room has no phone. if you need something from the reception (like we did, twice) you have to go like 200 meters to the hotel, which is annoying. The guy in the reception said there is nothing he could do.
Location was not too bad I guess, altough it was out of the city. is comfortable if you have a car.
An important thing - parking is NOT INCLUDED in the price, as they claim. I have argued a bit about it with the receptionist and he just repeatedly said it's not included with no further explanation. could drop the rating to "poor" if there was no parking in the street. luckily - there was plenty, 50 meters from "the villa".
Internet was free and was working well.
You can find something better for this price - I have, in other cities nearby, with a cheaper price and much better hotel and service.
By the way, I am not sure about the cleanliness of the rooms. it looked clean but there were a few mosquitoes in the air - annoying, and I actually found an ant on my bed. Did not look for more, but it doesn't seem very promising.

We were traveling from Venice to Milan and wanted to sleep somewere in between them. So we choose Brescia and the Noce hotel seemed to be cheap and good choice. And it really was!! We were three people and booked the hotel from booking.com.
If you want to find the hotel, you should have a GPS because it can be hard to find it otherwise. However, the place there hotel is situated is near bus stop and it is really very quite and beatiful place to rest after the trip.
The quy at the reception was friendly, but he could hardly speak english :) but it was not a problem at all. As he gave as the key of the room and explained all by guesture.
The room itself was located in a beatiful separate building. There was gates and doors with electronic lock system. So it was quite secure, The room was large enough to fit three peaople. There was spacious bathroom, toilet and a shower. There was also a tv, satellite tv and locker, and air conditioning. All was working. Also, there was a free wireless hotel, but in that building it was not working, maybe the signal was too low.
To conclusion, it was absolutely worth the price hotel. We paid only 75 eur per night for free people and got excelent value for money (clean and spacious room).
