Stayed two days,17 & 18 at room no.305 at this hotel.two double beds with nicely arranged articles. Nice view of Kannan manga mountains from the room. Great room service and food service. Best hotel out of 4 of this visit. Helpful answer Hari Prasad Yadav.

Nice and clean rooms. Good room service. Food is great.
I visited Darjeeling just 3 days after the end of a 3.5 months long strike and curfew, but still they provided great room service and didn't compromise with the menu, even arranging items that were not available easily.

Stayed in this hotel with my wife and kid in May 2017. Below are the pros and cons of this hotel.
Pros:-
1. Clean rooms, Linens.
2. Clean bathroom but old fittings.
3. Bengali style food available.
Cons:-
1. Bad and contested location. No driver wants to come till the hotel since it is small lane with so many cars parked.
2. Rooms are not so big.
3. Most of the items mentioned on the menu are not available, so you need to eat what is available.
4. Room service not so great.
5. TV didn't work for most of the time and only started working few hours before we checked out.
6. Not an attractive hotel I must say.
Overall, I would not suggest this hotel to anyone unless you have budget constraints. We didn't book this hotel ourselves but our travel agent did. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I had made the bookings.

I stayed there from 30/05/17 to 01/06/17....A very good hotel extremely clean, safe, good restaurant..very close to MALL and last of all with a superb complimentary breakfast. The Manager Mr Santosh Yadav is a very polite gentleman and helpful person. Room service is extremely good. The room is large enough, well cleaned and well maintained by the hotel staff ....and Kanchenjunga view also available in a clean weather.

I had been here in mid of May, 2017 with wife n cousins. Ours was MAP plan i.e. breakfast n dinner inclusive.
On the first day itself we were about to reach past dinner time, so we called up and asked them to reserve food for us. They obliged and served good hot food. The ajwain parathas were super crunchy n mutter paneer was also cooked well. They need to improve on the dal recipe, but we were super happy we got good food after a long day.
Second day we went for sunrise n 2 tourist spots. On the way back we went for the Joyride - 1 hour Darjeeling to Ghum return narrow gauge train ride. We were late for breakfast then, but on reaching Hotel we requested for at least tea / coffee. The manager himself offered bread butter toast. That was a great gesture.
The best part was dinner on the 2nd day. Superb Chicken masala with chapati. And lipsmacking gulab jamun for dessert.
All in all the experience was very good.
Ambience - Good n clean, decent rooms not that great
Location - decent view from room, but there is a garbage bin right opposite entrance of the hotel which was a downer
Food - very good
Note - food can be subjective
Special mention goes to the way the staff host the guests. Excellent on that front.
