My grand parents stayed at this hotel during their trip some days back . It is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities and services and veg food with decent rates. They liked the place . The staff was good and friendly ....

Enroute Mt. Abu from Jaipur, we decided last minute to make a overnite halt and stay in Udaipur. Just a one night stay for few hours and with no fancy expectations, we booked this budget property near Udaipur Rw station thru OYO Rooms. The property is in a sort of narrow gulli. But, hotel managed to provide car parking. Check in was quick and friendly. No fancies or pleasant surprises, but the rooms were simple, spacious enough and clean. The verandah outside the rooms were always noisy. The OYO rooms claim to provide complimentary b/f. We need to be prepared for restricted or fixed unfriendly b/f. The b/f room in the 4th floor wasnt very clean and service took long long time. Staff were supportive and friendly. Its ok average hotel for short stays.

Had booked a Luxury AC room but the room was very small with barely space to stand. My booking included an extra bed for my son which just fit. Should have been allotted a bigger room but I feel that hotel management had diverted the bigger rooms to the hard cash paying tourists who were checking in without advance booking. Hotel should redefine their meaning of Luxury AC room. Complimentary breakfast was horrible with cold / stale food and dining hall was dirty all through our stay. The room service needed to be reminded twice. Sightseeing was arranged but here too the hotel management seemed intent on overcharging us in collusion with the rickshawwallas. Only good thing was the 24 hr hot water service, wifi & the lunch / dinner items in the room service menu

Bad breakfast . You can find better hotel at same price.
Book near lake place because this area is very heavy rush and limited parking facility.
So avoid booking here you can find good hotel with breakfast facility and hotel rooms are very noicy if some is taking loudly outside the room then it will reach voice at your room and disturb you badly.
Common telephone is ourside the room which continues ringing and disturb you.
Outside food is not allow and their restorent not restorent but one type of small mesh area where you dont like to sit and take food.
Their menu items are very limited and outside food is not allowed will force you to eat outside of hotel.
Beds are queen side if u 6 ft long with couple you can sleep very well on the bed.
Other then good stay if u cant get anything else with this price.

I stayed here on 16-18th Oct 2016. Rooms are big. They only have the option for veg . Elevator is problematic. 24*7 running cold and hot water. Some barking dogs are nearby. Recommended.. Overall nice experience.
