Ornery check in staff. Wifi in room was nearly non-existent. More rude than usual in France. Rooms showing their age. No shower. Scuzzy blanket with no cover sheet.
Rooms were quiet. Underground parking is the only option: E12.

Me and my friends went to Hotel Novel restaurant la mamma on a week end in order to visit annecy which is a beautiful city ! The hotel staff is amazing and the beds are comfortable.

I spent one night in Anncey. It is not far from downtown and easy to drive to there. .. Good for short Biz trip or stop-over night. It does not equip refrigerator and water kettle.. Minimum in-room facility but quite nice and comfortable bed.... and bathtub. Recommend to relax yourself one-night in Anncey.

We stayed at Hotel Novel because one of our family had a bad accident and was in the local hospital The staff went out of their way to help us at this worrying time.They booked taxies, drew maps of the area, and generally helped us with our arrangements.The staff at reception were very helpful and efficient, and all had good english. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We strongly recommend this family-run, personable hotel.

I very much like property. After my first stay here, I have never considered another hotel. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and well maintained. The staff is both efficient and friendly. The adjoining restaurant has a great selection, features local cuisine and is very tasty.
