Hotel is very close to the main highway, traffic noise is a little disturbing. Rooms are small but neat and tidy, rather comfortable. Basic amenities are good. Food menu is widespread and the food delicious. Staffs are helpful. Hotel is close to the airport, ideal for an early morning flight, you can actually avoid the famous Kolkata traffic. Overall a comfy hotel for those stopping over just for a night or two.

Hotel o2, being located near to the airport was one of the reason that we were booked for a 10-hour layover at kolkata, with lunch and dinner. But the staff was rude, not ready to provide extra pillows, the food was pathetic, only the non vegetarians could end up filling up with some chicken, but vegetarians had to explore other options considering that we had a night flight ahead.

I was looking for a decent comfortable 3 start hotel near airport so that I can catch early morning flight to London via Dubai. Unfortunately as my mom was travelling with me I wanted a twin room. I was provided with a twin bed room only on the 6th floor which doesn't have lift. So it was inconvenient. Otherwise everything is fine. Overally 3.5 stars.

Very close to airport. Room was nice and clean. only one bath towel and one face towel was present in bathroom. Two should be present for two people.
They were a little bit stubborn in terms of service. But the rest of the visit was excellent

my spice jet flight was cancelled and being a transit passenger I was put up here. needless to say the hotel wouldbe the last place a discerning traveller would like to stay. I stayed put in the room with a lousy bathroom.why do they call it a hotel in the first place.
