The Hotel Oliva has always been good, but the new, hotel renovation improvements make it great. The staff is very cordial and aims to please in every way. We enjoyed every stay here and plan to keep coming back.

Clean facility, outstanding breakfast with fresh fruit, brothen, and fresh meats, eggs and bacon. Superior staff. Fantastic service. Loved their coffee and wine. Great location and plenty of parking. Love staying here. Short walk to any location in Aviano.

I stayed 2 nights in this family owned Hotel in Aviano.The rooms are nice and mine came with an balcony as well.The staff is super pleasant and helpful!Wonderful breakfast buffet included.Next door is a nice Italian restaurant and a pizzeria take out around the corner.The Hotel has a small Café attached where locals come as well and their coffee and wine are superb!

Aviano is a delightful city and has wine vineyards and local wineries. The Hotel Oliva is a home away from home type of hotel. The room I stayed in had a partial kitchen. The staff at the hotel are delightful and go above and beyond their way to make your visit comfortable. There is a ski lodge within 20-30 minutes of the hotel as well as many other sightseeing opportunities. Nestled at the based of the Alps Aviano is a great place to take it easy or use as a home base to visit other Italian cities.

I had the opportunity to stay in Aviano for business meetings and came across this hotel. Centrally located in Aviano, it is close to many restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom in my suite was a little cramped, but well appointed. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods and even had gluten free items available. The staff is very friendly and are fluent in English. If work brings me back to Aviano, I will definitely stay here again.
