Perfect location for Metro, change of train to get to the circuit. We drove in the Sunday, left early and took 30 mins. You can get a taxi from hotel for €40!!!!
Dated rooms, hairdryer very old and slow!.... no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Able to get them from lobby area but only very restricted times. Couldn’t have breakfast there as they didn’t serve early enough and didn’t want to accommodate that at all, no room service early enough.... Parking great, underground, €9 per day. Would stay again as location is good for circuit and central Valencia.....

Enjoyed our stay in Valencia. Did not have time to check out the spa. Room was ok with a lot of closet space and bathroom with big countertop and amenities. Hot water and water pressure was great. Had horrible view to their ventilation system but was there mainly to sleep. Buffet in restaurant was good but got tired of it after a few days. Hallway had bad smell, maybe the carpet. A lot of loud guests and music from events downstairs, would recommend asking for a quiet room and higher up away from conference rooms.

A little outdated. Big, does-the-job hotel in the outskirts of Valencia. No complaints apart from the location. Fixed my mates a/c very quickly, but it should maybe not have been dodgy in the first place.

So, let me begin by saying this place is VERY outdated. It seems to have been renovated recently but that only renovated it up to the early 1980s! The hallways are straight out of the movie "The Shining" and the flickering lights in the hallway only make me look for a psycho killer more often...
If you need WiFi for any reason on your trip do NOT and I repeat do not book this Hotel. The front desk staff is nice enough but once you leave the lobby you come face to face with the actual hotel. The WiFi doesn't work in either of the rooms we booked and the front desk repeatedly tells us that they will "reset it." In the four days and four requests for WiFi remediation the problem has never been resolved. But, it somehow always works at the front desk (big eye roll)!
You get a free continental breakfast daily. It is nice of the Hotel to furnish but one of the cafeteria workers is a major food police (and, she takes that job WAY too seriously).
In all, I would recommend this place if you could care less about room decor, don't get scared by creepy hallways and you don't want, need or desire to be connected to the outside world via WiFi connections. Because if this is needed, I recommend you sign up now for an expensive international plan...

Once you familarise yourself on the metro, the hotel is easy to get to. When we arrived in Valencia we initially bought two single aeroport tickets (you have to pay a but extra) and that got us to the hotel. The metro stop for the hotel is Alborays-Palmaret and very close to the hotel. If you are getting back at night it only runs to Palmaret till 10.30pm so I suggest getting the metro to Machado and walking. We would top up our card (a bit like a London oyster card) with 10 journey tickets. You can use the same ticket for up to four people.
The hotel was good. Rooms were cleaned daily but we didn't have a balcony. The hotel does lack outdoor sitting areas. Breakfast was varied and staff were fine - only spoke to them in Spanish but I think they knew a little English. Unfortunately no tea/coffee making facilities in the hotel.
The gym next door was excellent and free for hotel clients. Locals pay monthly and use it. Good range of weight machines and a great class timetable with Les Mills classes, spin, yoga, zumba and so on. Remember to take a towel as my partner was told off in the gym for not taking one even though the locals seemed to get away with it.
Valencia is a great place to explore and we would stay here again.
