We love the Omni Mont-Royal because the staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are large, clean and bright, and the location (near McGill U, and The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, and only 10 minutes from the Central Train Station) works very well for us.

Hotel is very well situated in downtown Montreal. But the food could be vastly improved. Staff are efficient and friendly. Air conditioning made meeting rooms uncomfortably cold and it was November and 2 degrees outside. Why waste all that energy?

Very friendly and helpful hotel staffs. The guest room is clean and beds are comfortable. Hotel staffs help me to log in to the hotel WiFi when I encountered problems. Hotel staff also help to warm up food for my mom after t has gotten cold.

Nice suite with comfortable bed, great size. The conference venue was excellent. Location was perfect- close to shopping and also path up to Mont Royal was just up the street. I would come back again.

Room was clean and quiet. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and competent. Great location in the downtown area near McGill University. Easy walking to many sites and restaurants. Another plus was taxis stand right at the front door of hotel, so no waiting to catch a cab.
