Good location situated with market is walking distance. The hotel arrangement is good. Room service is also good. With low budget this is the most affordable hotel. Food and friendly atmosphere. overall good budget hotel.

Budget hotel for short stay. The room was clean at the top floor. But I heard some complain from the main floor room guests about cleanliness & bedbugs.
The service was bad. We called several time for the room service at the evening but no one showed up but every time the reception said they are sending someone.

I stayed in the hotel on September 2016 after Eid-ul-Azha. It was my 1st visit. I satisfied with the service and facilities of the hotel. It is just nearby New Market area and beside Shamoli Bus Counter. Very convenient place for Muslim people specially for Bangladeshi for halal food availability, cloth shopping as well as medicine etc. The hotel has free strong wi-fi facilities. If visit Kolkata again shall definitely stay in this hotel.

It lacks daylight, a bit old fashioned, is not that much neat and clean. Price is a bit high. They have 24 hours drinking water and coffee facility, the wi-fi speed was good. They can arrange taxi on need basis but price is extremely high.

This hotel is located Kolkata-Dhaka Bus Stand. Good stay for people who wants to take Dhaka Bus Very early morning. In the hotel breakfast not available. but if you get down from hotel, you will get 3/4 restaurant are there.
