I have been staying at the Orion for the past 8 years. I love the convenient location as only minutes to San Marco Square and the vaporettas to the islands, Lido and the airport. The staff are so helpful, breakfast plentiful and the rooms very clean with air conditioning and heating. A further plus is listening to the bells tolling from San Marco. Wonderful hotel - you will love your stay here.

Great small friendly hotel, central location near San Marco and Rialto. Rooms on second floor, so stairs not a problem. Loved the rear seating area in the evenings. Would like to thank the efficient staff for maning my family holiday a real treat. Five stars for overall experience.

This hotel is a little tricky to find, but when we did we realized how close it was to all of the sights. The staff is very helpful. Even though there is no lift, someone will take your luggage to your room. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed being in the center of all the action.

The obvious main advantage of this hotel is its location. It was amazing to stay there as we were close to everything. And for the price it was pretty good. The hotel is small but relatively quiet, staff is very friendly is helpful. Rooms are comfortable and relatively clean. Even the breakfast was very nice for a hotel if this size. Would definitely recommend for people that want to be close to everything while visiting Venice !

I liked this hotel, but it is somewhat tired. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is brillinat, but be awrae you do need to walk to get to it. So close to St. Mark's Square and full of hussle and bustle as soon as you step out the front door. Cute, small breakfast area which sits in an arch between the narrow walkway beneath. Breakfast was fresh and filling. If you want somewhere to base yourselves for lots of walking and merely resting your weary bones afterwards this is ideal.
