The corridors are quite dark and the bed sheets and towels were stained. We had to request housekeeping to provide new towels but it was also stained.The rooms also look run down. However the plus side is that service was fast and housekeeping was efficient in attending to our request. Overall an average place to stay.

Service, Cleanliness are very excellent. Located at main. very easy for visiting other places. Transport felicities for visiting temples are ample. Excellent hospitality
Bed is having pumps and not plain.

Stayed overnight at this place.actually walked in without prior booking.good bargain it was .Fair tariff very courteous front office staff ,clean room quick room service ,reasonably priced restaurant ...what more can we ask for in a small town like Mayiladuthurai?only disadvantage was the road facing room that we got as it was brightly lit throughout the night and bit noisy as well.but that wasn't a major hitch as we were tired after day of temple visits.overall,a nice stay.freewifi isn't available in the rooms and you need to be at portico to use this...hotel authority to kindly address this issue .

Been to Hotel PAMS recently owing to my friend's marriage . Hotel room was neat and clean . AC functioned well . Bathroom was neat as well . But it's just it is . It's not more than that . If you are in need of a hotel for a day/night stay , you can well stay here .
On the flip side , Water smelt little bit of chlorine though .

This Hotel is located adjacent to central bus-stand of the town. They have parking facility for cars both in the front and also in the rear - in my estimate to accommodate about 16 vehicles. Hotel has two restaurants - but I have not tried their fare. I suppose that it should be passable. The upholstery in the hotel is soiled and faded. I had booked the suite - which space-wise I found it - to be ok. They suite has facility of TV and a fridge and they gave me a welcome fruit basket. The hotel is located in one of the busiest area of the town and so a room away from the front should be quieter.
