Cool breeze and the fresh coffee each and every morning as we awoke. Hotel/Chalet was just beautiful with its fireplaces as we enjoyed our meals and drinks in the evening. Very private place with center of town just walking distance away. You can enjoy the Caldera river under 3 min. walking distance. Love this place thank you!!

Stayed once again in this small and peaceful hotel in the highlands of Boquete. We enjoyed the service and ambiance, surrounded by nature, flowers and the singing of birds, its an invitation to relax and be at peace. The restaurant is another reason to visit, it offer local ingredients and recipes by its owner and chef Collins and it doesn't matter what time, breakfast, lunch or dinner, it will be a fantastic meal. Very reasonable prices in comparing to Panama City. This is certainly and without a doubt, the best place to stay and eat at Boquete.

We only stayed for one night, but I wish we would have stayed longer. The room and the garden are beyond beautiful. The food was very good, the rooms are clean. The ambiance nice and the service was also good.

I stayed at this hotel on a Backroads bike trip in 2015 (this review is a little late).
It's a gem. Quaint. Peaceful. Adorable. Beautiful. Kind staff.
The rooms are spacious and decorated wonderfully. Clean.
Fabulous dining experience.
Though it is a little out from "downtown", it is walkable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is one of the most fabulous hotels I have ever experienced.

Our stay in the Panamonte was a little disappointing, especially the restaurant which is the reason for our overall rating. Our room (a Junior suite) was large, clean and comfortable and the well maintained garden was a delight but the restaurant was not what we expected. The menu was fairly limited and the presentation was only average at best. Despite there being several groups with children either staying in the hotel or just using the restaurant, no
children's menu/meals available. With other facilities being available in the Boquete area, most likely we would not
return to the Panamonte - which we last visited some 30 plus years ago.
