Rooms and cleanliness are good. But the mosquites spoiled a good sleep as i was in a non a/c room. The fan speed was not good enough and mosquito repellent didn't work. Sad..lessons learnt. 5Good Hotel. Very Neatness. But non ac room is hot. if you prefer for ac room this is very nice.

Hotel is fine for what you pay and it seems you will get good response if you book directly on high rates , In case you book through any portal with discounted prices they will treat you very badly. We reached hotels at 11:3o pm and asked front office person aster about the rates he told Rs 2400 + taxes when we told him that make my trip offers very less rates he just threw on tariff card showing the rates . He was very rude and was just trying to force us to book directly . When we asked him if he can offer us some discount on his rates he replied very rudely and said that he cannot and the rooms have too many mosquitoes . Finally it was too late for us to go and search another hotel as my wife was not well . Finally we booked through mmt after seeing that we got more rude and made us to wait for another 15 minutes . Totally we were at reception for more than 30 min . Food is also bad , we ordered fish finger which was totally burnt . They don't settle any food bill to rooms and want direct cash . Even a bottle of water they charge 40 Rs for which they don't even give a bill . Most of the people doesn't understand any other language apart from Tamil so very difficult to make then understand . People are just behind tips and literally force you till you don't tip them . Totally I had a very bad experience with this hotel and I have even informed the same to there operation manager . My suggestion please don't use this hotel . There are much better hotels in the same vicinity which can offer you better hospitality in the similar pricing .

This is located in a busy place. good location for shopping. food is average. same thing for break fast. Service not to the standard. Rooms are good. Wifi good. Average hotel which suits for shopping.

There is an idiot called LESTER in this hotel who pretend to manage everything and try all possible ways to charge you extra.
24 hours checkout is available for direct customers only and not for anyone else who make a booking through online sites.
Though you pay for your breakfast in online, they won't accept it and make you to wait for a long time.
Their first priority is for customers who do a direct booking and pay almost double the amount of money compared to online rates.
If you are with your family, that is when they try to argue with you as they know that a family person would simply pay the money to avoid embarrassment.

If you want somewhere basic but clean and comfortable less than 5 minutes walk from Chennai Egmore Station, this is the place. Very reasonable AC room with comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant was fine, staff friendly.
