We were travelling from Amsterdam to Frankfurt in the evening and found this hotel with a smart phone...took a chance based on the rating. It was not far off the highway in a lovely country setting. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. We had a late (for us) dinner that was great. It was perhaps the best dinner we have ever had in a hotel restaurant. I'm sure many are saying, "Yeah. Sure. But it was in a hotel." But truly, it was excellent! The breakfast was equally appealing. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel was centered around sports, which we found strange. We learned later that the hotel had been some sort of sports venue.

Had to stay here as most hotels fully booked due to an event. The room we stayed In was very small, no hair dryer ( although you could get one from reception) and the telephone wasn't working. Service was really slow in the bar due to the fact it was busy with only one girl serving and one person preparing drinks.

Booked online not knowing that this place was a sports centre (for top athletes).....so I fitted right in.....haha.
Rooms very spacious and clean.
Ditto bar area.
The whole set up is 6km out of town so taxis required to see Arnhem.

booked for 2 nights,excelent breakfast comfortable beds and good showers,but/////////// no coffee/tea facilities in the room,perhaps a dutch custom ??????Otherwise definatley come back again and indeed recommend.The staff very helpful and welcoming

We visited in july on our WWII trip sites from operation Market Garden and Bridge too far in Arnhem. The hotel is with unique design and inside it feels more like a sport teams training dormitories. That did not bothered me. Good restaurant and clean rooms. I would lime to thank the chief cook who made a great effort and brought smome salmon for my wife who only signed up for breakfast becuase she was advised there was smoked salmon, but there wasnt when we arrived. He made sure we had some. Thank you! Tbe rooms were a bit small but very clean and beds comfortable
