We have been stayed here 3 months ago during monsoons. It's an average hotel. Rooms were fresh with nice balcony overlooking the main market. All the aminities are just a stone throw away. They do not have a parking place. Scope of improvement is very much on cards in terms of customer service.

Nice neat and clean room and washroom . Room service is very fast . Good complimentary breakfast . No wi Fi signal available in room . Only minus point , lift ia not available here . Booked through OYO rooms.

When you are on Pachmarhi Trip, Stay hardly matters because all time is spent on sight seeing and when you comeback you become so tired that there is zero time gap between lay and sleep.
I will suggest not spend too much on luxury stay rather find comfortable.
So Hotel Paradise is good option as it is near to bus stand and well connected. conveyance for sight seeing are available. service at the hotel is good. An economy hotel.

We ere so happy with our stay at Hotel Paradise. We were very impressed with the helpful front desk staff and very good service provided. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and most helpful!!!Food was also good. Clean & Hygienic ..
