Hotel quite a distance from central Jaipur, about a 20 minute drive depending on the traffic. Greeted with a cool drink & cold towel, very nice. Staff were okay. Our room was large, clean, comfortable bed with small but adequate ensuite. Excellent breakfast in restaurant, TV, AC but no fan, fridge, te/coffee making facilities but jug didn't work, Wifi good, complimentary water, pool on rooftop was nice.

After my comfortable stay I booked this hotel for my parents and sister. It was a deluxe room on triple occupancy. Inspite of knowing that a lady and senior citizens would be occupying the room, for the extra bed the staff placed a mattress on the floor. This is not what we paid for as extra bed. During my stay there was a proper extra bed not a mattress on the floor. Highly cheap and unprofessional of the hotel staff. Won't be staying here to recommending this place to anyone again

room was clean,toilet and bathroom were clean either.wifi connection was so poor in room and lobby either
breakfast was good and tasty.indian food was delicious
spa and massage was not good enough
it was too much far from center of Jaipur

The second time we had another week here, for: Its proximity to our work, spacious rooms, good breakfast!
Wi-fi, they haven't improved in the last 2 months, even after REPEATED complaints :(
Booked for breakfast, but somehow they didn't get this details :(
They supposed to improve, hope they do get on...
You may need to travel a bit in case you want to try any outside platter
about 7 km from railway/Hawa Mahal is a bonus!
You can count to get auto/taxt...
The top floor swim pool doesn't seem to open whenever I went though it must be opne from 8am-6pm!

I traveled to Jaipur with my family and checked in during early hours and we were easily able to get the accommodation at best rates that too without prior booking.
Rooms are cleaner. Food quality is good with various options to select from, but the quantity of food is not sufficient for In-Room-Dining. More importantly, hotel Staff (specially Abhishek & Kamal) were very helpful and inviting.
Pros: Hotel Staff & Room Service is awesome. Restaurant is well managed and food is tasty (specially Uttapam & Milk shake)
Cons: Not a major one, but Swimming Pool (VUE) is not appealing and very clean. Don't use unless it's water is clean enough. Bird poop is every where on the Roof top.
