Excellent stay fabulous last week end of the season !
Everything is perfect in that hotel : the rooms have a lovely view very confortable , food is excellent , spa and various big pools with the heated thermal water are very clean and lovely , massages , facials extremely good quality , the beach in front of the hotel also has a great separate small beach restaurant ,
Advices are
of course to take a room with the view sunset is not to be missed ,
Book with half board as the food is great italian
Do the nice walk from the hotel to the beautiful village of sant Angelo
Enjoy now and relax !

Spent four days at this beautiful hotel. Located at the beach with own spa department. Tested the fangotherapy and massage. Very nice! I hope to get back soon for longer stay. You need a full week to explore Ischia.

Absolutely recommended for holidays if you enjoy quite place with good service! The hotel is located right on the Maronti beach, has spa, private beach, pool. All you need!!! Very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is great, as well as dinner. A lot of places nearby to see - Terme Cavascura is in 15 min walk, Sant Angelo and Sorgento beach with natural thermal water can be reached by water taxi. Great experience!

We were 4 couples from USA that stayed here for 4 nights in September. Parco Smeraldo is positioned perfectly on Maronti Beach. There are many ristorante's close by which is very convenient. You can also take a water taxi from near the hotel to Sant' Angelo which is a lovely town to visit.
All the staff members are helpful and they do a great job. Most do not speak English (or speak it well) but that is because probably not a lot of English speaking people visit Maronti Beach. They arranged a pickup and drop off at the ferry in Porto .. and even purchased our ferry tickets leaving the island for us. The rooms are large and the staff keeps them clean. The air conditioner struggled to stay cold in our room but that was a minor issue. The spa was very nice .. the indoor thermal pools were relaxing as was the outdoor pool. The grounds are well kept and the plantings make the property even better.
The breakfast was typical and well done. The dinner was excellent and the service in the dining room by the servers was superb. I could keep going on about how well we were treated ... but I'll stop and close by saying I am looking forward to returning to Ischia and Parco Smeraldo.

It's the second year we stay at the hotel. I believe Maronti beach is the best location: great restaurants available and it is in close proximity to Sant'Angelo (a must visit cute little village with great wild swim). The reception staff is very welcoming. They arranged transportation from and to the port (for fee) and shuttles around the island (we went to Nitrodi, but the car was 30min late on arrival; and return boat taxi to Scannella beach club - was perfect on time, cost 60EUR - discounted price from regular EUR80). We had a classic room (could see a bit of sea from the window), but the room itself was miniscule, even the toilet was so squeezed in, you could barely sit without bumping into the shower glass doors. Air conditioner was very old and needs replacement, though it worked, just very noisy. You get beach towels and bag. The spa is great (the main reason we chose the hotel again) - the pool is great, you really don't need any water park, just go to the pool to get your water massages and Kneipp. I did a few facial treatments (one was complimentary on the day of arrival) - all very good, but the staff barely speaks English so it is difficult to communicate. As opposed to last year, we got us only BB not HB and were happy we did that - there are plenty of fantastic restaurants just outside the hotel on the beach.
