Booked here via cleartrip.com for Jan 7 2017. Checkin process was smooth, and an usher led us to Room 104.
The floor was not cleaned, there was a condom in the toilet (unflushed), flush was broken, and the rest of the room was very shabby.
We showed the photos to the Manager, a gentleman by name Vivek Patel, and he apologised and gave us another room 105 or 106. No condoms here, but room was nowhere close to the photos advertised.
We demanded our money back, at which point the manager said we will have to go through Cleartrip and he will oblige. But later when we followed up, they reneged and refused to refund anything.
Moral of the story - dont fall for fancy hotel photographs. Do a reality check as well before booking.

Preferred for Business, Solo visits..
Has basic amenities..lift..foods..Auto availability..
Unmarried couples are regular..Not preferable for families..no good view, locality..
House keeping is Just Ok..

We checked in on 16 th January 2017 after checking the rates online we paid around Rs. 200 more after being told to book online. The room was not exactly hygienic with cockroaches roaming around ,we did not mind since we had to leave for Junagadh in an hour . At the time of leaving we took the bags and informed the person at the reception that we might come back in the evening for an hour or two of our flight gets delayed. Eventually our flight was delayed and on reaching the hotel was told very rudely by Mr.Pravinkumar that since we had checked out and the billing was done we could not get a room and would have to pay again for two or three hours( this inspite of us not having taken the bill). After a lot of arguing and uncouth behaviour ,when we refused to budge was given a room (6*10) , on the condition that we left at 6-30. We were so fed up on seeing the room that we left at 6 pm , so much for an OYO room . I think that OYO needs to sort their game if they are to last .

Park inn was listed as unmarried couple friendly hotel in OYO. Hence we had booked this hotel for our stay. But upon reaching the hotel they refused to provide check in saying unmarried couples are not allowed. Upon speaking with OYO they also could't help as Manager of Hotel was not ready to listen. Hence put us in troubled situation. Then we were shifted to other hotel with additional expenses.

Everything is optimum and good.Smooth Check-In, Well Behaved and Courteous Staff. Clean Room and Bathroom. Though size of the room is small but it well furnished. Overall, worth the money the charged.Bed linen,Blanket and towels provided were clean. Recommended for Business Travelers.
