Stayed 4 nights. We were upgraded to a suite in the main building where reception is but the room was very tired. You could not open the blinds without them coming down altogether so no natural light in the room. Bathroom was ok, Aircon was very loud. Tip - always carry earplugs. Only room mirror was on the bathroom door and only 1 socket worked in the ‘suite’ making very hard to use curlers, own hairdryer etc even remotely close to the mirror. Checking in was looong, would not let us bring our bags in until after checking in! We found breakfast to be ok. The only thing going for this place is the location. Close to good restaurants, shops, railway station. However, if they don’t improve the couldn’t care less attitude and the standard of the rooms, most people I know would prefer to pay a little more and travel to where they need to go.

Apparently there is a hotel separate from the main Parle where they stick the undesireable customers. The lights flicker, the elevator REEKS of mold, and the rooms do too. None of the pictures do this hotel justice, and the front counter staff are extremely unfriendly. It seems they have never heard of a married couple staying together, so a "double room" means two single beds and a lot of bad attitude when asking for a double bed. Only reason we stayed is because they refused to refund our money so we could go elsewhere. They told us they would upgrade our room on the condition we never come back. Wish granted!

It was a great stay at this cosy, comfortable and well manged Hotel. The rooms are spacious with everything from good silent ACs, Refrigerator,Tea Makers, Wi Fi and fine toiletry materials. The break fast and food was delicious and staff was very helping and ready to obey everything. The travel Desk also helped in getting a good hired vehicle.

When I first inquire for this hotel over call, they didn't respond well. But I found its location good, so I booked. The hotel is good, clean and with polite staff. I will definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a budget hotel near Juhu beach.
I suggest to the hotel staff to improve their breakfast quality.

Manager and team care for recovering their money only. no proper lookout for amenities for which customer paying big amount like.
Do not provide password of wifi unless been asked for. I not able to understand why customer asked for when it is shown as amenities and he is paying for (they think they give it compliment hence one should asked for
In room water flask kept but they do not bother to fill it unless ask for even at first time.
Asked for creamer in night and it was served with fungus as well.
in Breakfast time, corn flex kept their but no proper bowl and milk are seen unless asked and when asked just a stupid clarification. No proper bowl for samber or curry as well.
I can write full book on it but feel this is quite enough for understanding people, No use for those who blind.
And yes Room AC was really terrible for a hotel they claim for.
