Exceeds expectations
IanL579on 10/07/2017 06:00This is one of those great 3 star hotels which doesn't look much from outside but then gives you pleasant surprises throughout. A great smiling welcome, drinks brought quickly and with a smile, the smallish but big enough pool, clean as were the pool chairs and fresh pool towels provided. Rooms clean. A nice pizzeria nearby which the hotel readily told us about rather than just telling us when they served an evening meal. And then a most lovely breakfast. Voted by us as the best we'd had on our multi stay trip through Europe. Elisa and her colleagues are great and could show many a bigger establishment what service with a smile is all about, the hotel may not be 5 star but it deserves this rating from me for the 5 star welcome we enjoyed.

591paton 02/06/2017 12:26The hotel is beautifully placed, calm and peaceful area, closed to Bolzano the next city. Clean hotel, well organised, staff and owners extremely friendly and helpful. Going their extra mile at all times. Breakfast was delicious. On our last day they even prepared a take away breakfast for us as of the early flight. AMAZING. I can only recommend this little but very fine hotel. BEAUTIFUL !!
