Hi.. I had visited manali this summer & found this hotel for budget & good services.. Staff is cooperative and supportive... Hotel is located at very good place.... We are four friends visited this hotel & we dont face any issues.. i will recommend when u go to manali..mst visit this hotel... :)

This hotel has disappointed me greatly. When I booked by phone and email, the manager wanted advance money immediately. I explained I lived abroad and the bank fees would be high. He just insisted. I sent him my bus ticket to Manali by photo to give him some guarantee. He still wanted money. When I got to the hotel, it wasn't full, so where was his fear? Uncooperative he was. Room was ok but nothing special, breakfast was poor. Room price too high, as you can get much more beautiful and cheaper with better views in town. Wifi only works inside Reception area.

This is an Avg hotel. Food was not proper.. Even breakfast was not upto the level. Choose some other hotel. Nearer from mall road. Tea was good. You can select other hotel from ample hotel are available.

A few minute walking distance from mall road , helpful staff , nice rooms with cheapest price , no matter with whom you are hotel is at its best services... clean environment and food was good and tasty gobhi ke parathe mast the....

Visited in April. Stayed for 3 nights. Booked through cleartrip and got a very nice deal. This place is around 1 km from the mall road. Located in a very peaceful area. Rooms were pretty clean. There was not much of room cleaning on all three days that we stayed there. Bathroom too was pretty clean when we checked in, but not much of cleaning throughout our stay.The light inside the bathroom was not working and it was repaired promptly. We got the top floor deluxe room and the view from the balcony was awesome, but there was no elevator and so you have to climb three floors. Parking space was adequate even though uncovered. Food was OK for the price. Overall, a no frills,value for money experience.
