Its not 4 or 5 star, some folk pay these rock bottom prices then expect The Ritz, go there if that's what you want, and pay your money.
Mind you I did think the extra cost of £4.40 a day/night extra to have lunch (on top of the half board included) and all soft and alcoholic drinks included could have been cheaper. It meant I probably paid around 50p for lunch and around 40p a pint of lager or a large glass of wine on an average day/night over the 12 hours they were available to all inclusive guests, I do tend to drink slowly.
So enjoy it, make the most of your surroundings and try not to nitpick too much, or next time try The Ritz, you may not get 12 hours of food and drink for £4.40 but at least you are in your right class of hotel, adios......

Stayed here early September 2017 with a group of friends for 4 nights. When entered the hotel the staff didn’t seem to friendly but spoke good English. The hotel was great for what we can came for which for a hen do weekend, very local to bars, short walk to Ocean beach and taxi rank right outside the hotel. The rooms were a good size but the bathroom is in need of a major update as the taps were falling of the wall and mould was coming through the bathroom ceiling. We didn’t eat once at the hotel so I can’t comment on the food. If you came here to relax by the pool make sure you grab the sun beds early but if you happy to relax on the sun beds there’s more downstairs from the pool. All in all was a good weekend.

Brilliant setting 3 mins walk from beach, 4 mins from taxi rank and 5 mins to bus stop
A little nervous after reading some of the old reviews regarding the food but the newer ones are right .There is NO PROBLEM with the food, in fact it was some of the best we have had. Yes the choice was not as varied as other larger hotels but then this is a smaller customer base. The show cooking was excellent- usually meat, also pizza, a meat dish and either pasta or paella, served with various potatoes and veg. The salad bar was varied as were the desserts. One good point was that the bread rolls were baked fresh for each sitting. The check in was fast and efficient and everything was explained to us.The room was basic but big enough for the short time you stayed there. The bed was more comfortable than it looked and we slept well, The room was kept spotless by the cleaners who did a great job. As this was adults only there was no "mini disco" and the entertainment was good -no parrot show!! The disappointment was that there was none of a Saturday. The pool was small with limited loungers but more were available on the 2nd floor roof terrace and plenty of seating in shaded areas. The staff were great, very helpful and nothing too much trouble for them. The only downside was the amount of biting insects - the worst we have had and took a few days of spaying to control. We used the buses to get around with services every 15 minutes to Polensa and C'an Picafort ( the most we paid was 1.60e each) All in all a great holiday and cant wait to return.

We stayed here in Sept 2011, 2 adults and daughter, 14months (her 1st holiday) From what I remember this was a good hotel, with good food and in a good location.. we arrived mid afternoon and put our bags into our room and went too explore the hotel, Not at all prepared for swimming or daughter wanting too go into the pool.. a lovely lady lent her a rubber ring and held her in the pool :) The only issue with the main pool is the lack of sun, once midday comes it starts too get shady. Daughter loved the baby pool around the corner. Plenty too do out and about

Really enjoyed this hotel, stayed here for the first 2 weeks in October,the staff were friendly, the food was excellent quality with lots of options. As quoted in many reviews the swimming pool area being small, this is true but being in the centre of town what do you expect, there is a sun deck above the pool area but the sun doesn’t reach it until midday but the pool itself is a nice size and very clean. Location is perfect if you want everything around you,bars and restaurants etc and the beach is only a few minutes walk. My only gripe is we paid for a junior suite for the extra room but was given a family room, it was the same size as a junior suite but the extra space was taken up by a single bed, when l mentioned this l was told that they were very busy, after a few days we got used to the room and left the matter. Overall we both enjoyed our stay there and would recommended it.
