Stayed five days with my wife in September and really could not fault anything, except that the terrace is a little shabby and not utilised that much. No problem for us!
Our junior suite was very good; brilliant bathroom and housekeeping facilities.
Staff members are all very professional and keen to help. Bar is a little small and not too intimate but snack restaurant is excellent for the Menu del Dia at 18 euros.
Overall very pleased with our stay and would freely recommend to anybody!!!

Well this will be our second day in this hotel and the staff have been good considering that we do not have a good grasp of the Spanish language, their staff have been polite and helpful and have exceeded our expectations. We found that although the pillows were comfortable they were not high enough, within hours they supplied a variety of pillows for us to try. We also so ate in their restaurant and the food was great and even catered for my gluten food. So all in all, we have been very happy with this hotel and would recommend it. Happy Travels.

Chose this hotel as a stop for our last weekend before the ferry back to portsmouth
Comfortable beds and clean rooms with very good facilities, attentive and pleasant staff and a useful 4 euro simple breakfast option as an alternative to the excellent buffet
Parking under the hotel needs to be booked in advance but really useful with lift access to the hotel 17€ per night
Santander was a great surprise and although we have used the ferry port many times this was our first stay in the city
Good and varied eating out options in the city centre , great beaches and miles of a prom along the seafront made a relaxing and enjoyable stop over which we would recommend
Must say Brittany Ferries are great too!

We loved our stay at this Hotel. Well located, in front of the Sardinero beach area. It offers great breakfast for few euros, good quality sleep and we were able to park outside the 2 days for free. Nice rooms and romantic hotel. We will consider it for sure when back in Cantabria.

Spent just one night here after arriving on the Ferry from Portsmouth - it's only 10 minutes from the terminal The area reminded me quite a lot of Scarborough with it's big hotels, lovely promenade and beaches and it was a bit chilly and windy!
The staff were friendly, our room was clean and very comfortable. There is a little bar and a restaurant which was also excellent.
There is a car park but we parked just outside the hotel in public parking which seemed safe enough.
