Visited hotel a few days back.
Pros: Situated on main dharamshala-McLeod gang road and easy to find. The location is peaceful and room service is good.
Cons: costly food, less parking, not so well cleaned rooms with little bugs here and there. Moreover, standard rooms are somewhat out of premises which is 20 stairs walking up and down, so standard rooms not recommended for old people.
Overall Good hotel with tasty food and service.

I had a very good experience.. very nice view and staff..very clean hotel rooms ...room service is also very quick.. location is the best. And very close to one of the best restaurants .

The main issue for me and my family was the fact the taps kept falling off of the pipes?!. So when you're expecting a warm shower, these taps might just fall off. Another thing about this place is the repetitive food choices. If you aren't fussy about food and the location matters the most. Go for this hotel! Extremely friendly staff ( hands on) and spacious rooms. I'd go back to this hotel once I've made sure the taps are back on!

Room : stayed at the Premium room. Room was clean, phone was not working so had to make calls from mobile for any service needs. Bathroom and toilet was clean. Bed was good and comfortable. the towels could be better.
Service : The service boys are eager to help. The guys at the reception are thrifty and 1st day did not give tea bags when asked for in the evening. rest of the days this was fine and we did not have any issues.
Food: there is a restaurant at the top. Food menu is limited and taste is average to good.
Location: this hotel is in Dharamshala and is away from the crowded and happening McLeodGanj. So if you are looking for a peaceful stay I would say that this is good, however if you want to eat and roam around McLeodGanj go for hotels in that area.

Hotel is situated just outside Dharamshala on bypass towards Mcleodganj.The best thing is View of the valley from the premiums rooms. Hotel can accomodate 5-6 cars outside hotel on the road.
Rooms are good and spacious. Just choose premium room in the main building otherwise you would be disappointed.
Resturent is being renovated and a plush resturent is coming up on the terrace.
