MAGNIFICIENT LOCATION, EXTRAORDINARY SERVICES AND PERFECT ATMOSPHERE
AlexGrimaon 08/03/2017 11:35We went on a family trip to this outstanding familiar hotel.The hotel is decorated around Portillo's 1966 ski world race whose winner was the hotel owner Carleto, this makes you feel welcome in the ski world. Located in the cuore of Val Gardena, it provides the best pre and post ski services. Very complete buffet breakfast and a delightful dinner every day. Despite being in the cuore of the village, going to skiing is not an issue, the hotel provides a personal shuttle that takes you to the ski tracks, and takes no longer than 5 minutes. Also coming back to the resort is not a problem a ski track around the village is made and you can arrive skiing to the hotel door or if prefered take again the shuttle back which picks up guests every 10 minutes from the main skii lifts.
A nice chill is deserved for everyone after a tough ski journey at the Dolomites and the hotel provides a hot outside swimming pool with outstanding views to the Alpes, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, relaxing massages, steam bath and also a small gym.
With no doubt, a place to visit either with friends or family, to relax and practice skiing.

Puck Non 14/02/2017 18:42Went here for ski holiday. Very Nice room, spacious and luxurious. Very clean Nice food and Caring staff. We also loved the spa with a beautiful sauna area and newly build a outside pool to be used during winter.

Jackieskinson 03/02/2017 08:55I don't think I have ever been to a friendlier hotel. All the staff were wonderful. Welcoming and helpful. The fact that we could arrange ski hire opposite the hotel and they'd deliver the equipment to the hotels ski room was brilliant. The shuttle they provided took us to the slopes and picked us up again. Nothing was too much trouble. Warm, immaculately clean rooms with amazing views. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Frank Con 01/09/2016 12:52Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. Everything inside is beautiful and updated yet it has Tyrolean charm. The spa and pool facilities are magnificent. The rooms are modern clean functional and thoroughly up-to-date. There are plenty of closets and storage for all your gear. They serve a great European breakfast with eggs to order if you desire. The host is a former world-class skier and constantly monitors the presentation and quality of service.

We had our two boys with us for our four night stay and the room was perfect, greats size, very well finished and lovely balcony. As perfect as the hotel is it was the staff that made it so special, they were always so kind and genuine and made us feel so at home. Fantastic hotel in a gorgeous setting. Thank you all for making our stay so special.
