We spent a night here while hiking the Lechweg. We arrived on the hotel's Ruhetag, but the staff left clear instructions as to where to find the key. We settled into our room and then enjoyed a wonderful evening meal. This is a family-run hotel, and we were treated to some accordion music from one of the daughters. It was fun to watch the grandfather ask her to play for the guests -- and very gratifying to see how the other guests in the dining room really took to the music. She must have been playing traditional Austrian music. In the morning, breakfast was very hearty. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I booked this hotel as a stopover hotel on our way to Italy. However, if I ever travel to this region, I will certainly try to stay in this hotel.
The hotel is run by the same family for a long time, and it shows. The owners are highly motivated and committed to the comfort and well being of their guests. You notice that already at the reception and check in which take place very quick and friendly. We had booked a junior suite and it was really spacious with a sitting area, a small desk, a terrace, a king size bed and a traditional tiled stove. The room was decorated in the style of the region, with a lot of wood and wrought iron. The hotel also offers spa facilities including sauna, solarium and steam baths.
Dinner was excellent and the service fast and very friendly. The breakfast was tasty and very extensive. Highly recommended!
