Lovely hotel with a view good enough for a film
Traintripper25on 06/05/2017 14:25I fell in love with this simple and perfect hotel. The husband and wife who run it are lovely good people and you can feel their positive energy throughout the place. Everything is very clean, comfortable and the views are just incredible. I will return as soon as I can!
Near Heaven
Lorenzo Con 15/11/2016 12:02Rarely one can find anywhere a nicer and more peaceful place, with such a spectacular view all over a faraway countryside as well as up a paradisiac sky (last night lighted by the biggest full moon ever). Not for the first time, and hopefully not for the last one, I stayed in this family run, oldfashioned albergo. Sometimes it is full of groups of Saint Francis' pilgrims, sometimes empty. Permanently appealing–exactly like the main gate to Heaven.

Paul Con 23/07/2016 16:50A lovely ancient building with modern amenities run by a warm and caring family. Very close to the central piazza, it has a superb restaurant also with panoramic views.
We held our meditations in the common room in the basement and the place has the feel of a peaceful oasis in the city of peace and love.
