We traveled as a couple in a travel group with the name "India on a shoestring". So we did not expected any luxury hotels. But I think, you get with this hotel a good value for your money. The food in the restaurant was really delicious and the service in the restaurant and the hotel was also very good. The rooms we're clean and we even got complementary wifi and the staff really cared for us. They have a "customer service sign" of Gandhi at the wall and the hotel and restaurant staff really honors it.

Ordered chicken sandwich at the Zesto airport, food is editable but is bad to eat. The bread was very hard and for this sandwich charging at 220 rupees is also quite high (220 rs) even in the airport.

Hotel was in core of Varanasi city, rooms were excellent and very cleaned. There was proper room service and well managed staff. Breakfast was nice. Overall a recommended one at an affordable price in Varanasi.

Nothing special but just an average hotel to stay in Varanasi. If you compare to other places around or the city itself this hotel is a paradise to stay and a good way to escape the extreme heat and the dust of Varanasi. Rooms got everything that you need. Wifi indeed is expensive

Hotel Pradeep wasn't my first choice of hotel, I wanted to stay near the ghats, however, my friend persuaded me to go for something between the canttoment area, railway station and the ghats.
I'm not sure we saved any money by avoiding the ghats but we certainly paid a lot less than the hotel my friend was leaning towards in Canttoment.
Hotel Pradeep was on a busy street and this keep me awake late at night and early in the morning. Our room was clean, working a/c, beds were comfortable Everything else about the hotel was okay. One thing that stood out for us both was the restaurant. we ate there a few times in the evening and thoroughly enjoy the dishes. Service was perhaps a bit slow though. We'd love to go back to Varanasi, but next time, I think we'll try the ghats area, failing that, I'm sure we could give Pradeep another go.
