hotel is reasonably comfortable but hardly luxurious restaurant is ok; nothing more wifi was erratic felt presence of mosquitoes in the evening area is pretty vacant at night some distance from the airport but relatively close to the Brahmaputra

Itnwas a pleasureable stay at the hotel. The rooms are well done up and are maintained cleanly. staff is very accommodating and helpful. food is also delicious. i came to know from staff that the hotel is now 33yrs old. but must say that the maintainance is superb.

Have stayed in this property on a couple of occasions. The Locations is perfect for a business traveller. It is in the hub of City Centre still you can stay away from the city skirmishes . The Hotel is recently renovated and bears a clean and smart look. The check in is very efficient and seamless.The hotel tariff is very reasonable and a value for money. The rooms are pretty good and clean.Room size is also good for budget hotels.
Service is very good and so is the food quality. The Overall experience was Fantastic..
I will stronglly recommend this hotel to business traveller and also to the Pilgimage
traveler given the location and service quality.
Yes One draw back.....the lone lift..Hope the management will add another lift soon.

Was there last week...there was no lift so a service lift with, guess what, no door, was used and a person accompanied me to my assigned room where the key would not work. So there I was, waiting, waiting. The person came back later with another key which didnt work either. Finally a master key arrived and I was let in but the person took away the key saying that I would be allowed to come and go only after requesting the reception who would assign a person to escort me and let me in! Later that night, I waited interminably long to get someone to open the door for me after the man at the reception (there was a duty change) did not recognise me. And so my stay went... I could not summon the service lift for fear that I would plunge into the shaft below given the absence of any door. We had an international guest who was staying in the hotel's suite but did not get hot water. On the day of my check out, I woke up at 5 AM only to find no hot water. Noone at any of the numbers, room service, reception, etc picked up. After a lot of effort finally someone responded and switched on the control switch for hot water (so dont expect it all the time). I had to walk down all the floors each time I needed to go down.
Awful. How can the hotel function like this?

Worst Experience. We had booked a standard double room, but were offered a twin room. On checking with the reception folks they pushed the beds in order to make it double irrespective of the interior of the room. Floor was wooden and it was stinking. Rooms were not cleaned and to my surprise I found a used towel in the cupboard. Washrooms had low ceilings and I found a lizard as well. Towels were stained, bedsheets were not clean either. Terrible Hotel, not worth a single penny.
