It the worst hotel of my life time. Rude staff , no ac rooms, coolers not working , geyser not working, food also not good. One man Handel reception also did cleaning, mechanical staff and all.
Initially they told accept cards at the time of payment said we dont have machine.No facilities at all.
Cheat you in pricing also it is available in just mere 400 bugs. No pick drop facility also.
its better to go for other hotel, even dharamshalla will be much better then that.

The hotel is one of the lousiest hotel with no courtesy. The staff was too casual as if some fovour is being done. The rooms were dirty & unhygienic. Not recommended at all.

While visiting Vaishovdevi, found this hotel for quick 4 hour stay. It was nice comfortable stay. got hot water to fresh up. It was pretty reasonable.
Location was also good in heart of Katra.
Access from here to walk way to Vaishnovdevi not too far.

when we completed to our journey to vaishno devi we went through the hotel as we entered in the hotel i asked for a room to receptionist by showing a print slip of cleartrip den they refused to give a room by saying that there is no entries in our register then we tried to convince them that this is a valid portfolio, then receptionist called someone and after that he manages to give a room for us. and the room we spent a whole night was full of thunder storm and cushions of bed was even more worse.
overall that was not pleasant and reliable stay.. huhhh

I went to Vaishnodevi darshan on 06-Oct-2012. We reached Jammu station early morning at 5:30AM. We hired a pre-paid taxi from the taxi stand at railway station. The driver of taxi took us to this hotel.
We got the hotel at Rs 750 for a day.
Now let me tell you about room and hotel facilities:
1. The bed in room was like stone. It had broken mattress on it. The pillow were so old that they were smelling very bad. If you come from VaishnoDevi Darshan you are already so tired and then if you sleep on that mattress you will screw up you back when you will get up in the morning.
2. Geyser was not functioning. They has a power cut till 9:00 AM. Hotel generator can support geyser, so you will have to wait till 9:00 AM or you take bath in cold water. I got cold as I have to take bath in cold water, we have to leave for darshan in early morning.
3. The hotel is located around 900 meters away from Katra. So when you come to hotel they will promise to provide you car free of cost to drop you to the starting point of Vaishno Devi and pick you up when you come back. But they never fulfilled their promise. All was false commitment.
4. We asked them to provide towels, they gave us one which was not properly cleaned and was teared from some places.
Please do not take this even if they offer you at Rs 200. They are just cheating the devotees and taxi driver take commision from them.
