One of the oldest hotels in Jammu fell from the importance with coming up of new hotels. Still having maintained that old decorum in all areas of hotel business. All aspects from front office to room service are quite satisfactory.

I stayed with family three nights in the hotel. It is a good hotel. The best thing is the attitude and behaviour of the staff. They are very good persons. I would have given 5 stars out of 5 had bathrooms not been small.
The only concern is bath rooms space of bath rooms is small.
The room size is good, tables and chairs are avilble . you can work on your laptop comfortably. The rooms are having windows which allows flow of air. I would suggest the room in between the price upto 10000 or little more

the hotel is located in the heart of the market, however the experience was average. rooms were ok compared to the price we paid it should have been better. service was extremely poor, we did not get what we ask for and at times refused also for certain stuff.

An old hotel, which badly needs renovation. Location is very good. Convenient, right in main market with restaurants etc. available within walking distance. Away from crowd of Raghunath bazar, but walkable. Choice of restaurants nearby (Wazwan, KC hotel, MacD, coffee day etc).
Rooms are decent, but furniture and carpets bit run down. Bath/Toilets are also not upto 100% cleanliness mark.
Wifi is decent speed and attached restaurants serve decent food.
As with any other small town, mid end hotel, carry your own toiletries
Overall good value for money, especially as a number of sites offer this hotel at discounted prices.

Situated in the heart of Jammu it is a good value for money. Its close proximity to the eating options of different cuisines is a added advantage Sagar Ratna,CCD , Mac D, Wazwan for authentic Kashmiri cuisine to various dhabas serving excellent non vegetarian fare at decent prices and at walking distance.
Some rooms may be slightly outdated but the staff is very cooperative and the stay is quite comfortable . Have stayed here at least 5 times till now and would rate it highly when I see the price I pay for it Highly recommended if you want a decent place in a budget
