Okay, first the good bits - Good location for Amritsar's main attraction - The Golden Temple; reasonable value; okay breakfast served in the room; and as everyone says it has helpful staff.
Sadly, by western standards, the bad bits outweigh the good - Not very clean and bad odours; poor linen; short staffed so service was very slow; very dated now - Looks like no updates for over 10yrs!!; Intermittently working AirCon; limited hot water; 2* at best, not 3*

Stayed here for 2 nights for Golden temple visit. Booked via OYO since it is now managed by them and called OYO flagship 113. USP of the place is its closeness to the golden temple. Rooms need a major refresh and renovation. Decent place if looking for no frills place. Cleanliness and housekeeping could use major improvements. Offers complimentary breakfast, but there are tons of great options around serving legendary Amritsari food.Front desk is very helpful with suggestions on where to go and where to eat. Overall decent place for the price, room and cleanliness could be improved.

Hotel is located very near to Shri Harmandir Sahib Ji and back towards Mc Donald's. The Room was good but the washroom curtain was having dark stains which was not clean .
The Room is good at a price less than 1000/- but if bought more than it will be not that much useful.Staff was really supporting and helping even at midnight .
Buffet Breakfast was not upto the hotels mark . Only the mere 1 or 2 items which was compulsary to be eaten and no taste of any item and no choice of guest as mentioned in the complimentary breakfast by OYO . Didn't liked such services . Rest everything good at this price .

Good quality of food and service was available the staff was very Cooperative and it was a budget hotel parking facility was also very good and if you want to have a function of around 250People's then it is a good place

The hotel is located close to Golden Temple. Rooms are little small, but decently maintained. My room didn't have a window view - another building wall was 3-4 metres from the window.
Breakfast options are limited. If you are looking at low priced option near Golden Temple, you can consider this hotel.
