I stayed at Hotel Presidency on 11th & 12th October 2017. The hotel is located very close to Ernakulam Town station (less than 100 metres). Their staff members - Ms. Shobha and Ms. Reena were very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and good and the complimentary breakfast also had a lavish spread. I will definitely be visiting again.

As a regular guest since its inception I can boldly assert that this property is great. Location is central, between rail and metro stations. Courtesies are of the five star order. Food is perhaps one of the best in town. Quiet in the midst of town.

We had to change Hotels in Cochin and ended up here. what a find, the staff behind reception, in the restaurant and the porters on the front door are all great and couldn't do enough for us, Many thanks the food was great and good value, the fish and chips were out of this world. Great location.

We had booked 6 double rooms but due to unavoidable circumstances one couple couldn't travel but the hotel charged for only 5 double rooms which was great customer service plus the location is very convenient and the rooms were neat & clean even though we checked in around 12 pm yet reception counter provided top notch service... Wouldn't mind staying here again if we travel to Kochi again.

The hotel looks good from outside and from lobby - the room access is not so pleasing and no of lifts are less hence waiting time is more. The breakfast is so good. the rooms are clean and wifi is free at lounge and chargeable @200 / day in room.
