Don't expect too much and you'll be impressed (maybe)
Darren Con 08/09/2016 17:14The rooms are large, the bathrooms newly renovated - both really positive points. However the hotel could use new bedding (use bed spreads that feel a little old fashion and hotel bed spreads always creep me out). The rooms are very clean though. The biggest let down is the breakfast... and hardly worth participating in, even if it is free. If you are looking to stay here based on lower cost - this is a great option, you may just want to budget to eat elsewhere.
OK, Not a 4 stars

We booked this place since there wasn't so many options left during the dates we wanted in Prato.
I have read horrid reviews about this hotel but it was not at all bad. The hotel is very very old and beaten up for sure, but from the look, they are renovating parts by parts. The receptionist at night shift is not quite nice, he has little knowledge to give us about the area.
The parking they have has 5 spots available, otherwise you need to park on the street. WiFi was okay, we stayed 2 nights but were given only 24 hours code.
For the room, the only thing nice about it was the bathroom which was newly renovated. The rest is old and not well maintained during the years. My towel has a hole in it and torn out edge.
The breakfast was very average and there was not so many options. But what's bad is the furniture and the decor of that room... old and stinky.
If you don't think about it too much, it's fine at some point, but if you have a better choice, go for it. And I think it's quite embarrassing that they still keep the 4 stars on the logo and everything inside. I mean, this is like 2.5 stars at best.
Not a 4 star at all
Sandra Son 25/07/2016 11:52We stayed there just one night in our way to Florence and the only good thing was the bathroom. It was full-equipped and remodeled, and the shower was amazing!!! The room was good as well.
The worst thing was the restaurant. Dinner was poor and so was breakfast. A few things to choose and poor quality.
Ah! And wifi is not free! You must pay 3€/day and I was told it didn't work!!
I wouldn't recommend it.
Nice place to stay
MatthewTheKnighton 02/01/2016 12:09I liked this Hotel, the staff is very friendly. I stayed in this hotel in december, the service was good and staff was always available at every time. Nothing to complain about, but giving rooms in under construction floors isn't the best idea.
The room was a little bit cold but if you ask the staff they can solve the problem. I suggest you not to accept corner rooms because they are very cold.
The hotel is not so far from shopping centre and neither from city centre.
By the way this place is a good choice for a simple holyday.

Margarita911on 09/09/2015 00:07I was travelling in the group of tourists and the stay at this hotel was horrible. I think, the hotel has had 4 stars 20 years ago or even earlier. The room was big (the only +)with old furniture, but the bathroom was really disgusting. It was disgusting for me to touch anything there.
Breakfast - you can eat is the egg and the croissant, there are also cereals with milk and bread. Do not even try to drink "coffee" or "juice"
No free WI-FI! To summarize, the hotel stacked in the past and needs the renew!
