Prima Facie the look and feel of the hotel is good although in a very crowded narrow lane, but the team handling the reception are un-professional. Chances are You wont find the room ready even after prior booking.

Located close to Nagpur railway station in narrow & crowded gully. OK for Business traveler as located centrally. Provides Station & Airport pick ups. Provides average buffet breakfast. rooms are not maintained well. Average food.

Its a very average property. Building is old and the rooms are not well maintained. Toilets have very old fittings and in my room, the flush wasn't working. The shower too is dated.
The window AC makes a lot of noise. Food is good if not great and room service is also average. The location is central but in a noisy place. Airport pick up and drop is very convenient and this is a plus point.
For the money charged, I think its not value derived.

We are very particular about places we stay, this is a nice place with decent food at their restaurants. But main advantage is they offer 24 hrs checkin and are very close to the railway station. They offer complimentary pickup/drop, which is nice as we didn't have to look for a ride to the railway station for our late night train.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. This centrally located hotel has lots to recommend it. It offers 24 check out (a rare thing these days), the rooms are clean, and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable and have everything that you need. However, the rooms are rather run down (very old and noisy AC units, poorly fitted fixtures, poor plumbing...), and the hotel is quite noisy. There's not only a lot of road noise at the front, but the reception phone will wake you up even if you are sleeping on the second floor! Also, I spent one afternoon working in my room, and various staff knocked on my door nine times for no real reason. Smoking still seems to be permitted in all of the public areas (illegal now in India), and a very poor (though admittedly free) wifi connection is only available in the lobby area. No other internet connection is available any where else in the hotel. Taken together, these issues do detract from the overall experience of the stay. Yet none of them are very great, and would be so easy to fix with a minimum of investment.
