Hotel has good facilitation service. Also allowed to change the room to our choice. staff was cordial. breakfast was good. Hotel is situated very near to market places.They also considered extended time for check out. but there is a lot of scope to improve washroom conditions in all sense- cleanliness, bathroom infrastructural accessories etc.....

this is only of my worst stay with goibibo booking in last 3 years.
rooms are small. service is not good. not value for money.
i stayed for 2 days. and in the name of hotel policy they gave 2 small bottles of water in the first day. 2nd day no water bottle. when I asked they told we give water only on 1st day.

We stayed in this hotel in May 2017 for one night only . Hotel is centrally located. Rooms and linen is clean. Mattress quality is bad . Hotel needs renovation . Breakfast was ok .For the same price better hotels are available in Indore

This is a 3 star property located at the heart of Indore city.The hotel is old and rooms are not impressive .
It took 35 minutes from airport to reach here. The front office was unenthusiastic about the guest and was not aware of how to welcome guests.
The room booked was superior deluxe room which is big room located at front side of the hotel. The Room given was spacious but lot of noise from street could be heard hence I requested for room on the back side and shifted to small deluxe room as it was away from main road .
The rooms gave no sound isolation at all. Rooms were not clean and so was the toilet . The mattress were too hard and uneven and was not comfortable.
The linen was not much clean . The airconditioner was working. The room was equipped with led TV, tea maker and mini bar.
One water bottle of 500 ml was given complimentary along with one Monaco and one parle G Biscuits.
The wifi was very slow and was of no use.
The complimentary breakfast was bad in spread and taste .
Overall very poor experience staying here. The best part was checkout which was quick and I was delighted getting out from here.
Not recommended for people who are hygiene concious and want a well maintained property.
If average room at good location at budget price fits the bill this could be a place for you......

I don't understand why I was harassed for providing Id proof of my wife since I was with my daughter and wife .. I stayed over there last time also but no one asked for id of my wife , this time they asked me again and again , asked for wifes cell number .. No one wanted to provide u wifi password.. Asked lot of times for wifi password, their excuse was - wifi is not working fine .. Had to call thrice for drinking water , no toothpaste kit .. Will not give u complementary mineral water if u won't ask for ..not worth at all
