Please do not go by the photo shown. Does not resemble as shown.
Not very friendly at all. Entrance through the market. You have to pay for wifi. Nor very friendly atmosphere
Not situated in the area with good restaurant
We had to spend only a night as we were taking early morning flight to Kerala, so for one night it was ok but I wouldn't advice any one to book this hotel.
Also the photo shown on the Google doesn't resemble the way it looks

Good hotel very near to santacruz station . Market is also near by. Rooms are good and clean . Prices are moderate. Food facility is not good at hotel. so better to eat out in near by resaturants. Staff is bit friendly . Overall good experience in city like Mumbai.

Best part is, it is near to skywalk, from where you get direct local from santacruize. Juhu Beach & market is near. Go for this hotel, if you are coming mumbai to visit different places. Don't depend on the breakfast, they doesn't provide any good breakfast, you can go to Shabri restraurent near to hotel for best breakfast and dinner. Have a pleasant stay.

Food Is Not Good There As They Dont Have A kitchen for Making Lunch or dinner
Basic Items For breakfast I Got There Tea & Sandwich

My other review doesn't seem to come up and I really want to warn other travellers against this hell hole so I'm writing another. In a nutshell .. It's filthy, stinking, you are expected to tip constantly .. Even if someone brings you something and you don't want or if you have already paid for something and you don't actually receive it. The manager is a repulsive aggressive man who has no interest in his guests.. Only in taking their money. AVOID.
