If in Darjeeling you can certainly stay at this small.but very well arranged hotel. The food is very delicious and the service is very formal. The location is also very apt as the local market is very close. The parking is an issue but in Darjeeling that is common. Do stay here

Good, location, cordial staff, hygienic & tasty food... Pura paisa wasool..!!! My budget is low, so I choose this hotel but at my rate, i got more than my expectation.
But they need some renovation in interior..

I along with my family stayed in this hotel from 30th April to 3rd May 16.Though I had booked up to 7th May through Goibibo but I was compelled to check out on 3rd due to its worst condition. Customers of Goibibo are alloted worst rooms. Only front 6 rooms are having Windows and rest all rooms are without any ventilation. TV are very old model. All rooms are with bad smell. No wifi or network available in any room except reception area . Geyser not working. Wash basin jammed. We had to shift 3 rooms in 3 days but all were worst. All pictures shown on website are misleading. All managers remain busy in managing commission from customers through car owners for sight seeing. Full payment in advance was given up to 7th May but when I asked for cancellation, no refund was given either through hotel or Goibibo despite several request and that room was booked to another person just after my checkout on 3rd May. Owner of Hotel Princess in connaivance with Goibibo are simply cheaters.
Finally I would say that never stay in this hotel even it is offered free of cost.

i and my friends visited at darjleeing on 13/03/2016 and stayed at hotel princess. we booked above hotel through goibibo Nice to stay, good location , staff are very good, food are tasty, rooms are very clean, recommend to stay this hotel in darjleeing very close to share taxi stand. room rate are ok. manager is also very coop. and staff is helpful.our all performance is very good.

Hotel Princess is well located on the Gandhi Road, within minutes from the Mall Road. At the economical category, it is one of the best properties in Darjeeling.
View Rooms have lovely views of the misty mountains right from your room! They also have a terrace for a marvelous view of the Kanchenjunga ranges. For the price you pay, its a wonderful deal !
Service is good with the staff taking special care of your needs. Rooms have all the basic amenities with TV, simplistic decor and wall to wall carpet as well as room service. No wi-fi though...
Don't compare it to a 3 star, which it is not.
