I stayed here partly because it is one of the properties that has signed the Tourism Child Protection Code of Conduct and I like to support responsible companies. It was in a really central location within the old town. The air conditioning worked well, as did the wifi, refrigerator and TV. Also the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, my room was a little dark and depressing. The dresser/closet was decrepit. The bathroom was perfunctory. And the staff didn't speak much English. So,it depends on what is important to you.

Termites!! Poop!!! from the ceiling falling into the bed!! Plus all the linen are in bad washing condition, funky smell and stains! They refill the shampoo & cream bottles!! don't provide conditioner. Be aware, don't know why the said is 3 stars hotel! Paid more for your health! Ok the staff, but what is more important?! Sucks place with nice pics!

This hotel is charming both from outside and inside. Beautiful decors and colors all around. Young staff and always smiling and willing to go the distance to help you have the best time possible in Cartagena and around. Breakfast is good and the maids serve it with a smile. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Hot shower and air conditioning helps especially after exploring the city all day on foot. Overall, lovely people and lovely place. Thumbs up.

Very good hotel with excellent location. Ihad a quiet room with a good bed. Decent breakfast with a standard menu. Room and bathroom was very clean and staff was nice and friendly, they give us a map for ubication of hotel and different places of interest.

I had a small dark room. Perhaps they have better ones. It was clean. The shower worked well. I've rented much better rooms in Cartagena for the same price. Breakfast was OK, but the coffee was not good. Front desk staff are not particularly friendly. Convenient location.
