30th Anniversary trip to Italy. ALL TREMENDOUS, except Punta Tragara. Booked a seaview room at 1100 euro a night. We were given an upgrade - room 52. Recessed balcony with views of the Med cutoff from both the left and right - looking down a tunnel at the Med. Here's the kicker - with this upgrade you get to sit on your balcony and listen to the actual sounds of your penthouse neighbor using the bathroom and then listen to the actual sounds of flushing the toilet. I mean actual sounds - 1100 euro a night. The hotel was unable to rectify the situation and only upon two of my requests did I receive a 10% discount. Woo hoo! Unbelievable - Never again!

We came here to celebrate our 50th birthdays. This is a first class hotel with a view to match! The service is excellent and the staff made all of our restaurant reservations since we can't speak Italian. The breakfast was decadent. The pool loungers were so comfortable. I really enjoyed the warm water pool. The bed was super comfortable with every type of pillow you can imagine. The drapes completely blocked out any light creating the perfect atmosphere for sleeping. The location is set back from the center of town. You will have a 15 minute walk to town, but it is a nice walk. The hotel served us chocolate cake upon arrival and snacks during our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer.
My only complaint is we were sometimes chased by bees on our deck. We did notice the hotel puts out a plate of honey to attract them to one spot, but we were above the spot, so an occasional bee would come up to our deck and not go away. Also, we had a rotten egg smell in our room that we never complained about, but they obviously knew because the maid added a plug in air freshener. It seemed to get strong when we turned on the bathroom fan.

I love this stunning hotel located in the best spot of Capri, quite, far from the crowd, far from the movida. With the view of the Faraglioni on one side and Marina Piccola on the other you will be spoiled whichever room you book. The Hotel is elegant and classy. I did not have the pleasure of staying in one of the suite this time, but our Superior double with sea view was lovely, spacious with a pretty balcony overlooking the pool and Marina Piccola in the distance. The staff is part of the success of this gem, in particular the staff by the pool and at the bar. The Gin bar is an experience that you do not want to miss. We had the best G&T ever ! We did not stay for dinner, but we had lunch twice and it was delicious. If you can afford it, do not hesitate a second, this is the place where to be in Capri.

Amazing stay. Stayed here in September and had a junior suite that was perfect, with a balcony overlooking the famous Capri rocks. Rooms are incredibly well maintained, clean, and just generally amazing and spacious. Views are outstanding, hotel is at the very edge of the walkway so quiet. Staff was helpful. And the breakfast - so incredibly good. If you are going to Capri this is the place to stay, hands down.

This is the third hotel we have stayed in at Capri and our favorite! It is wonderful in every way. We had a 2 level room with a balcony overlooking the Faraglioni rocks. It was lovely. The bathroom and closet were both huge. My favorite part was sitting at the pool overlooking the water. It was just perfect!. There were many outdoor spaces overlooking the water for having lunch or cocktails. It is a 15 minute walk from town. We ate breakfast ,lunch and dinner at Mamma-their Michelin restaurant. The food was very good and the service was excellent and the views were unbelievable! We will definitely be back here!
