448hayatbon 03/11/2017 00:59If you want to stay close to lake como this is really a good place. Prices are low compared to other hotels and you really get what you van expect in that price range. Personnel was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were also ok, with all the basics. For a short stay ok, but wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.
For one/two nights is ok
tatianaf54on 09/08/2017 09:52Clean room, very simple, friendly reception. The hotel is good located, you reach everything very fast: city center, lake, train and bus station. The breakfast costs 7 eur per person. WiFi connection was fast in the room. For a short stay and overnight is okay.
Several Nice Features
OklaNativeon 02/12/2016 23:33Conveniently located to the lakeside promenade, the ferry boat departure site, local bus station (beautiful drives along the lake to all the towns and MUCH cheaper than the boats) and the train station "Como Lago", Hotel Quarcino is also located on a quiet out-of-the-way street. Do be aware that the generous breakfast menu is NOT included in the price, unusual for Italy. Only two stars, but seems more like three stars.
Nice hotel
Matt Ron 28/11/2016 19:38Great little hotel that is priced right. We were in Italy for two weeks and needed to watch our budget and this hotel fit the bill. The people were very friendly and the room, while nothing real special was nice and clean. Breakfast was included and provided a great start to the day. The location was good and provided easy access to the walled city as well as the funicalore. I would stay here again.
Budget friendly and Close to town
Mary Don 16/10/2016 16:02We stayed for one night in Como to be close to Malpensa Airport. We had a nice day walking around Como and a clean spacious room to relax in at night.
Breakfast was 5 euro and was fine for a light meal.
Budget friendly and quiet area minutes from town, restaurants, and funicular.
Airport was only 45 minutes away.
