Close to Camino, Bus and railway stations
lmthedocon 14/09/2017 22:32The best feature of this hotel is its location. It is less than 40m from the Camino route, and less than 15 minutes walk from the bus and railway stations. We were able to retrace our steps along the Camino, to the historic centre, again less than 15 minutes. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but is reasonably priced and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and he helpful.
Don't believe everything you read on this hotel's website!
RhodoQueenon 06/09/2017 21:21I booked this hotel because of what I saw on their website, however, I was extremely disappointed when I walked in the room, especially having to lift my very heavy luggage up several stairs to reception and then again to the lift. The first thing I noticed was that there was a very unpleasant smell in the hallway and no signs to indicate where the room numbers were. It is very old, outdated and could do with some serious renovations. It's depressing, there is no air conditioner, no bar fridge , the so called shower is useless and over a very small type of bath. I wouldn't even pay $50 a night. I asked the very unfriendly and unhelpful girl in reception if there was another room, but she abruptly told me that ALL single rooms are like this, which they should include on their website, instead of deceiving people into believing that it's a lovely, charming hotel. I'm paying good money so I expect something better than this. Thank God I'm only here for two nights.

Sliema36on 06/09/2017 09:55A flight of 8 steps to the lift makes the hotel totally inaccessible to wheelchairs, push chairs, prams etc. In the room the AC was not working, while it was unbearably hot. The small wall fan was insufficient to bring relief. The free Wifi was inaccessible except from the toilet. The minibar had been removed. At night no cold drinks could be had, nor ice. The most positive experience was provided by the very friendly staff.
A bit old, but comfortable
Adrian0902on 17/08/2017 08:58I only slept one night. The hotel is comfortable and personal quite attentive. But building and in general rooms are a bit old. They have some information that it was recently refurbished, but I think only some painting.
Near center and you can park in the surroundings for the night, when parking area is for free (till 10am)

HappyChris008on 14/05/2017 14:42Hotel was easy to arrive, quite close to the centre, so we could visit whole Leon by walking from the hotel. Breakfast was quite good although with limited choice of meals. There are 5 parking places right in front of the hotel doors, if they are free - reception will give you a card allowing to stay without paying parking fee. Quite rooms, friendly staff. Recommend!!!
