I stayed with my group in Radha continental hotel for 4nights I found this hotel excellent. First I gone through many hotels online but not getting the availability I booked this hotel found so many bad reviews then also booked it. After check in at hotel I found that all reviews were not up to the mark as mentioned. The owner of the hotel Mr. Malhotra is jam of the person he way to handle the client is great. He is old man with big heart. Hotel was neat and clean and food was excellent I think the reviews which are placed in TRIPADVISOR may be the guest would be having the problem I and my guest are totally satisfied with this hotel
Any body can book this hotel without any hesitation.

Don't be deceived by the photos online . This hotel is worse than lodging . Took humongous amount of money from us online. This isn't even a hotel first of all. We were so disappointed that the bathrooms were unhygienic . Old tvs in the room , room is sooooo damn small I can't even express right now I swear I haven't stayed in a hotel like this till date.
And I never will so we decided to check out immediately there and then even though it was season time and it was impossible that we get a room somewhere else we were lucky enough to get a room in hotel GRAND.
Soo we checked out immediately but the owner is so money minded he didn't give even half of our money back. We were ready to face loss but not stay in the hotel anymore because of the fact that we were deceived by the owner by putting fake photos online.
PLEASE DO NOT FOOL THE CUSTOMERS WE HAVE A VOICE AND WE HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA. We will not stay quiet !!!
I really hope no one else who has a habit of staying in 3-4-5 star hotels ever face this kind of problem regarding any hotel !

the radha continental hotel located at mallital in nainital, is a completely budget hotel... the hotel and the rooms are very good, clean and neat...well maintained... good service was provided.. small rooms but nice ones with some having good view of the beautiful naini lake nearby....

My suggestion for this property is not to book unless you have no option in naintal .
Key points- bad location. You have to walk 2 km to reach mall road and lake . Bad hosiptality and service .
Staff is uneducated and bad mannerd .In midnight if you have any emergency nobody is there . U have to shout and loud to get your work done . Food is below average .
Verdict - do not waste your hard earned money on this property .

Stayed here as a couple in July 2016. Booked through goibibo. Located in a super congested lane. You have to climb up a slope to reach the hotel reception. Super Deluxe rooms looked like Standard Rooms. Creaking doors, old model TV with bad signal, no wi-fi anywhere in the hotel, absolutely no parking space near the hotel, noisy rooms with loose/broken door-locks, dirty bathrooms with broken taps. Dirty plastic jugs for drinking water.
Best thing: 10 minutes walking distance from Naini lake and Mall road. View from top is wonderful. Breakfast is good.
