Within walking distance of the railway station and loads of other sights. Very friendly staff who are happy to make recommendations re local restaurants etc. My single room was small but carefully decorated with a super bathroom. Very very clean. A computer is available in the downstairs foyer. The breakfast included a wide variety of items, including perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, which seldom happens with a buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Raffaello is a charming boutique hotel located in the area of Monti in Rome. It is off a side street away from the crowds, but very close to shops and about a 15-20 mins brisk walk to Via Del Corso (main shopping district). Staff are very courteous and welcoming. Concierge are multi lingual and very helpful with booking of tours, as well as restuarant suggestions (there are some great restaurants within walking distance, e.g Tema, Subarra, Massenzio Pizza to name a few (there are many more)). The Collosium is within 10-15 mins walk and Termini A station is about 5 mins from the hotel. Rooms are very clean and well appointed. A hearty buffet breakfast (fresh pastries, cereal, fruits, etc sets you up for the day (creamy scrambled eggs are my favourite). The area is very safe and has a good atmosphere. This hotel is suitably placed for you to explore Rome, it is very reasonably priced and offers great value for money. We look forward to returning soon!

I stayed here for three nights with my Husband in November. The hotel had the room ready early and had provided extra pillows as requested. The room was a great size, clean and comfortable. Quaint decor. The wall's between rooms are quite thin so we could hear the room next door, but thankfully they were quite quiet most of the time.
The breakfast in the morning has a good selection and the service was friendly.
The location of the hotel is fab! It's close to a hop on hop off bus stop, about a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum, nice restaurants close by, and fantastic gelato shop right around the corner.

This is a 3 star hotel so don't go with unrealistic expectations. That said, the hotel is in a great location...within easy walking distance of many popular sites, the train station, and restaurants and sandwich shops frequented by the local people. My room (5th floor) was clean, quite, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Breakfast starts at 7 AM; however, if you need to leave earlier, they provide a complimentary breakfast box. I had contact with eight individual staff members and all were very courteous and helpful. In my opinion, Hotel Raffaello provides an excellent option when staying in Rome. I liked it, and I would stay there again.

This hotel was perfect for what we wanted it for, a base to sleep in and explore Rome from. Located a short distance from the main Train Starion, and Colosseum. The room was pleasant, although the decor is a little bit worn. The room was clean, the sheets were crisp and the bathroom was suitabley equipped. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends looking for a similar stay. The staff could not have been more helpful!
