We stayed here for 2 nights with family. Booked this hotel because it is near to Raghunath temple and also in the market.
Pros:
Near Raghunath temple
In the heart of shopping market of Jammu
Not very far from airport or railway station
It's cheaper and provides quick room service
Cons:
It is situated at 50-70 metres off road where vehicle can't go
Lot of noise coming from surrounding welding/hardware shops
Unheigenic plates and food
Costly food options

It has its own importance being in the market place. Even the access to this place is by approximately five feet width crowded place. There is a constant noise of labour even during the night being surrounded by commercial activities. One cannot sleep peacefully in the night with such loud sound all around. The rooms are on first and partly on second floor of both types air conditioned and non air conditioned. The rooms are compact well thought of as owners have tried to save maximum space in planning. The rooms are with attach toilet/ bath with 24 hours hot and cold water with tv in the room. The decor is very simple and not a good place for normal tourist but excellent place for traders and business people to stay being in the market place. The hotel has no lift nor any restaurant of its own but offers food service through their own kitchen. The stair case leading to the upper floors is very high and not very convenient particularly to small children ,old people to manage.

I had booked the hotel to stay overnight on 08-Nov-16, as I returned after completing the Vaishno Devi Yatra. I still remember the day, because as I entering the hotel after paying the taxi driver in currency notes of Rs. 500/-, people all around were discussing the announcement made by the PM on demonetization. So travelers like me suddenly became penniless, especially if they were carrying the demonetized currency notes. The hotel is right in the main market with the USP of being situated right near the entrance of Raghunath Temple. Hence even though we had to catch a flight next morning, we were able to have early morning darshan. The hotel is similar to the ones you find in a place like Karol Bagh in Delhi serving strictly utilitarian purpose. However to its credit, the stay was comfortable, the staff quite helpful and if the purpose is to stay overnight on a transit journey, the hotel offers good value for money.

The hotel is poor quality particularly food and bed but my biggest issue is with the share taxi they arranged. The first driver took my money but handed me over to another driver but did not hand over the money to them. So I had to pay again when I reach srinagar. When I complained to hotel they said they would look into it but stopped responding to my email fairly quickly and nothing was done. I would avoid this place because of that.

The hotel is in main market and in front of famous raghunathji temple and in main market. Auto charge 90 rs from station to hotel.
One thing i would like to mention that during dinner i opted for raghunath deluxe thaali and it was awesome.
Owner is very helpful and answer your every query and try to help you in every possible way.
highly recommended.
