The rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of three. However, the room service was not upto the mark. Also, we were in the 3rd floor and the lift was not working at all! We had to use the service lift which was also not working at times and we had to pull the doors open manually.

Room- All Good and can stay for a day or couple of days.
Manager- Good but one of the guy from the Staff wasn't friendly and helping (I think he was going through some changes but still). Well, Food is Good and having an option of almost everything (north and south).
Delicious Food and on Ground Floor. Lift is there so no problem for Senior Citizen or Women or Children.
Only thing which I/ We didn't liked is, Cigarette Smoking is allowed in room and because of that, I/ We were not Comfortable.
Rest is all ok.

For the price paid the room is very good.
Housekeeping in relatively quick
Courteous staff. Interior are okay
Didn't like their Punjabi food that much but overall nice.
Madurai being a economical city the room rates and food rates are economical

Very clean and quality of the room was very good. Location wise as well very good to move to all parts of Madurai and nearby places. Very well maintained rooms with good Wi-Fi connectivity in the room. I stayed for a night in a 4-bedded A/C room. Very pleasant stay for me and my family. Food though was a disappointment. Need to improve further on that, especially if you are looking at North Indian dishes.

- We were at Madurai as a layover while on way back to Bangalore from Rameswaram. We also wanted to checkout the Madurai Meenakshi Temple.
- The hotel is easy to find, has plenty of parking in front of the hotel to park temporarily. They also have basement parking on the road adjacent to the hotel.
- The rooms are excellent, very clean!
- The AC wasn't effective however. The AC control in the room weren't making any impact. We didn't bring it to the notice of hotel folks however. We were just too tried and needed a place to crash.
- The attached restaurant is very ordinary. Thanks to the location of the hotel however, you could just walk down a bit and find plenty of options nearby.
