I booked for a super deluxe room online. I needed extension of booking for few days as there was some problem of leave. They said there is no provision of date extension and I lost my entire advance money deposited to their account. Don't expect any extra favour. For them Money is more important than Customer Relationship.

To start with, the rooms (both deluxe n super deluxe) are very spacious and well maintained. The staff maintained a cordial relationship with us. The housekeeping, the kitchen staff were more than the average. Behaviour awesome. Rajeev, Himanshu and other staff were great. I must mention Jodipta Das, GM of Rajeet, is a great leader,with all his staff, showed brilliant hospitality with us. Food is excellent. One cannot complain on health issue after having those delicious dishes.

Excellent stay at Hotel Rajeet in Oct 19, lovely specious rooms, AC was working good, staff were very co operative, restaurant was very very good...with lovely tasty food at budget...surely recommending my friends and relatives..

# Staffs are well behaved and well mannered
# Entrance area is good (Good when you enter a hotel for 1st time )
# Booked a Deluxe A/C and Executive A/C room. Both are spacious well decorated and no complaing for house keeping services.
# Good for family, couples, friends.
# Menu for Complimentary breakfast is good.
- Charges are bit higher side
- If there is any fault from Hotel's bill calculation , you need to pay that . There will be no compromise or compensation for that
