Being a native of Moradabad, I booked this hotel for accommodating some eminent guests from various metros. My only concern was that no complaint should come in. And thankfully, the guests enjoyed their stay. The rooms are cozy with all facilities, the staff is courteous, overall ambience is good. Most importantly, the hotel is in the centre of the city, so exploring becomes easy. And the best part is the restaurant, which serves lip-smacking delicacies.
Tip-Try Pastas, they are amazing.

Good restaurant with tasty food both veg and non -veg. U can certainly visit with family without any doubt. Ambience is also good. Service is also very good.bar not available so undoubtedly some people who think of it will not feel uncomfirtable.

I come here as for at least one dinner with my wife each time I visit India as I live in London
My wife likes the atmosphere and the dim lighting which is great for a romantic evening!
The food is good, my wife's favourite is chilli chicken dry
I go for traditional chicken dishes like butter chicken and kali mirch chicken etc which are all good
The thing which is bad about this place is their bathroom which stinks and the fact that they probably have no schedule of someone checking it regularly, as I couldn't find soap to wash hands after going to the loo!!
Else otherwise good place to spend a nice evening!

Staff was friendly.
Booking was easy. Discount was given over the counter.
Room was bit damp but considering the cost, and we only needed it for few hours, we were ok.
Needs a lot of improvement. The mattress were thin and of foam. Blanket also was without cover.
There is no dedicated parking space, but that is usual in Moradabad.
It is centrally located in the city.

Initially I have been allotted a very small room. One of the room i.e. Room No.108 is not ideal. I have been shifted to Romm No. 110 which is OK. Room service is good. Restaurant is very good but little costly. Credit card machine is not working make me problem for making payment. The bathroom of two adjoining room are connected hence very noisy from other room.
