Went for a night and everything was amazing starting with the service and the bedroom was a surprise, very modern, clean, friendly staff, they had the sympathy to put us on a bigger couple bed bedroom.

This was an enjoyable night stay in Madrid. I only had a layover and spent it here at the hotel. Kinda stunk as I didn't get to see Spain much.
The hotel's restaurant was closed so I had to go across the street and eat a Kabob at a local restaurant and the next morning breakfast next to the kabob place.
The thing that really got me going was the fact the airport shuttle is not free nor is booking a good idea. They don't have shuttles that leave hourly or so to the airport. Instead you need to book it in advance and no ride sharing. This I did not like. I had to be at the airport at 9am to catch my flight and they stated I could only take the 9:15 shuttle instead of allowing me to go on the 8:30 bus.
The van is big enough for at least 8-10 people why do they not ride share or pack it in there.
Other than that it was a nice hotel.

This hotel is well located in Torrejon next to train station and opposite a pedestrian centre. We went across the road for breakfast and coffee .
+ comfortable bed (Business floor8)
+ shower
+ underground parking (charges apply)
+ quiet (except for noisy guest at 4 am)
- safe did not work
- fridge did not work
- breakfast 10€ each
Will probably stay again as compared to other hotels this is one of the better ones

I was there for 3 days in a Business room (8 floor). The room was nice and clean, also the bed comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious and the recepcionists were really kind. Also the shuttle driver, good man :)
The bad point was the elevator... One was broken and making so much noise.. I couldn't sleep properly. Later they stop the broken one, but the new one still make some noise (the electrical panel).
For that reason I rate so low this hotel.. until they change the elevator to a proper ones for 4stars hotel.

Great hotel for bussiness travel, or conferences.
It is in the middle of the village.
Nice rooms, with funcional bathroom.
Friendly service.
Closer to metro station.
Differents restaurants in the same street.
