I am frequently visiting jaipur for my work purpose and always prefer to stay in this hotel as it makes me feel homely stay. Staff is very courteous. Hotel is very well maintained. Also they keep rooms neat and clean. Cheers to Team Ratnawali keep up the good work.

The location of this hotel is good, neither in the centre not in the extreme end or out of the city. This is fairly away from the main MI Road.
The hotel is an old style traditional hotel, with soft carpet on the floors, even on the walls you will see posters and images of old traditional Rajasthani culture along with that the work done in traditional way.
My friend's office had booked a room in this hotel on his behalf, firstly from the office we were provided room number 201, but on the desk the madam assigned us room no 205, which was very compact.
The rooms are near and clean, but not the latest ones. Specially their washrooms, they are very small and they still use old style sanitary ware.
They don't provide free WiFi to the customers, nor they have a complementary breakfast along with the stay. Lift facility is available.
Finding a parking can be tough as you need to find a space just on the main road outside the hotel or.
The hotel does offer bar and s separate restaurant

My extended family of 18 people stayed at the place from 28th to 30th of july 2017 and it was a great experience.
Their hospitality is brilliant and all the staff members take very good care of you. This place is away from old city and has a very peaceful and serene environment.
The hotel restaurant serves delicious food with good choices family who owns the place are available at the property all the time during day while taking care of each and every detail. I would recommend this place to everyone and would stay there again whenever I visit again.
During our stay, apart from artistic interior, cleanliness and tasty food we experienced hospitality which was second to none.
Why do I say that?
Because, in my family few people had dietry restrictions that day, just to accomadate few people hotel's owner Mr.Aseem himself arranged special chef to prepare suitable meal for couple my family members. Our family will never forget that gesture of hospitality.
Highly recommended hotel!!

An excellent place to stay. Amazing place had a lot of fun. The sambar was really tasty. Had a great experience and great services. Quality of food is really nice. The stafff was really supportive. Thank you.

Interior exterior fabulous. Big rooms with good facilities, less rate many varieties for room choice. Rooms for drivers are also available . free breakfast with every room .
Totally recommended for booking if coming with family.
